We a group of Tamil-speaking families from various CSI dioceses in South India sought recognition as the CSI Tamil Congregation in Qatar in February 2017. After reviewing the request, the Synod Executive Committee officially acknowledged us as the CSI Tamil Congregation Qatar in 2019. The  Church received formal recognition through a letter from the Synod Moderator, Most Rt Rev  A. Dharmaraj Rasalam, and the General Secretary, Adv.- Fernandas Rathina Raja.

CSI Tamil Church Qatar formed on 4^th  February 2022, We gather for  regular worship services and Holy Communion on every Fridays in God Is Able Ministries INT’L-Qatar. Our congregation is praying and planning to build a new Church in the coming year.  We  thank the support of God Is Able Ministries INT’L-Qatar and the Evangelical Churches Alliance Qatar (ECAQ) , for their hospitality.
